Budget Troopers

These terms and conditions govern all travel services, tour packages, and bookings offered by Budget Troopers Travel Agency.

A booking is confirmed once deposit/payment is received by Budget Troopers Travel Agency.
A legally binding travel contract agreement exists between you (the client) and Budget Troopers upon booking confirmation.
An inquiry alone does not guarantee a confirmed tour package booking; confirmation will be shared via email/phone after payment.
These travel agency terms and conditions in India apply to all tour packages including Darjeeling, Sikkim, Gangtok, and North Sikkim tours.

Deposit: Minimum 40% of the total tour cost or ₹2,500 per person (whichever is higher) is required to confirm the booking as per our travel booking policy.
Balance Payment: Must be cleared 1 day prior to the start of services to avoid cancellation.
Late Bookings (within 3 days): Full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
Peak Season Bookings (Christmas, New Year, Diwali, Pushkar Fair, long weekends, etc.): 100% advance payment is mandatory.
Group Bookings: Special group tour payment terms apply on a case-to-case basis.

All cancellations must be received in writing (email/WhatsApp) as per our official tour cancellation policy.

15 days or more prior to arrival: 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
08–14 days prior to arrival: 50% of total tour cost will be charged.
07 days or less / No Show: No refund will be provided.

No refunds for cancellations during peak season, festival season, or long weekends.
Refunds (if applicable) may take 2–4 weeks to be processed as per banking procedures.
Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation, as these amounts are paid in advance to hotels and drivers to secure your tour package booking.
This refund policy for tour packages applies to all domestic travel services booked with Budget Troopers.

Check-in: 12:00 – 15:00 hrs (early check-in subject to hotel availability and may attract extra charges).
Check-out: 10:00 – 12:00 hrs (late check-out subject to availability and additional charges).
Standard hotel policies apply as per Indian hospitality guidelines.

Tour packages include airport/railway transfers and sightseeing strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.
Extra usage of vehicle beyond agreed schedule or additional sightseeing is not included and will be chargeable.
Vehicle services are provided as per local transport union rules and state tourism regulations.

Package rates are based on current hotel, airline, and transporter contracts; changes in government taxes, fuel prices, or supplier rates may affect the final cost.
Budget Troopers acts only as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, and other service providers.
Budget Troopers is not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural calamities, roadblocks, strikes, theft, illness, flight disruptions, or any event beyond our control (Force Majeure).
Baggage and personal belongings remain at the traveler’s own risk unless covered under travel insurance.
Travelers are strongly advised to obtain their own travel insurance and health insurance coverage before travel.

All tour itineraries are sample travel plans and may change due to weather conditions, road closures, permit issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Budget Troopers reserves the right to modify hotels, routes, sightseeing schedules, or transportation arrangements in the interest of safety, comfort, and operational feasibility.

Budget Troopers reserves the right to decline or cancel services to any person considered unsuitable for the tour due to misconduct, safety concerns, or inappropriate behavior, without obligation to provide a reason.

By confirming a booking with Budget Troopers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these travel terms and conditions.
